No Kilrtoy; it just wasn't you! It's a new program started by our new governor, or as we affectionately call him, "Govarny". The program consists of "rollin' website crashes" so that people will get off their 'puters and back to work to earn more money to pay more taxes to balance the budget. Pretty nifty if ya stop and think about it! Then again, maybe not! They're havin' troubles with shuttin' the program down on the weekends when most RESPECTABLE people are off work and they keep gettin' bombarded with e-mail from a group called "Boaters Against DAily StoppageS" (or B.A.DA.SS.), who seem to work out of a small handful of websites frequented by a handful of people who have their hands full, of what we don't want to know! :D
