In case anyone was wondering, the diverter project is coming along. Im about halfway done with the fabbing. Hope to have most of it together this weekend. After its all said and done I still have to polish the entire housing so its still gonna be a while till this "cat" sees the water. So far everything has worked out the way I designed it on paper, a few suprises here and there but nothing I can't make work. Peace!

D-man, nah, I decided I might go with an electric actuator/cable setup. Its about the same price and seems a lot better. Plus I really don't have room for the handle cuz then there would be no room for the wakeboard. I'll try to get some pics up soon.

Here it is, first of its kind... still far from done but you can get an idea of what it looks like. virtually the same as stock on the outside except its 2" longer and the hinge on top, still tryng to figure out a better looking/stronger hinge, let me know if you guys have any ideas, that was the only thing I had for mock up that would weld to aluminum. Let me know what you guys think. BTW, the whole nozzle is now made up of 10 separate pieces of aluminum instead of 1.
