very nice engines. one comment/question those pipes are rapped up in thermo material? are they running dry?
these are 632ci engines right.

Yes, the headers are dry and the tail pipe flanges are water cooled they are rapped in thermal tape, they are also thermal barrier coated on the inside and ceramic coated on the outside. They are stepped with 4 ½ merged collectors, Inconel bellows and mufflers. They are worth the effort @ + 106hp. Based on the performance of this package the extra work is worth the effort. The motors are 585. The Info. in the magazine was incorrect. Attached is an image of what they looked loke before they where completed.

The headers are built in house. The same ones we offer on a customers boat.

LARRY C ,
The boat looks awsome and CONGRATS on those numbers.
Where do you launch at these days? I know the water levels are pretty low. Is the Marina still good to go? I'm head'n out next week, the curiosity is killing me.\
Thanks

I doubt the locals would catch any shit.

We launch from Windsor. I don't deal with the marina. The boat has mufflers so its not to bad at idle. The water is not as low as it was a week ago, not a problem.

We have a house out there, but the marina still does not care. I guess that really is not a local, but we are there alot.

That dipshit hit me up after about 5 seconds of firing up my new boat for the 1st time... HP525, didnt think it was that loud. I made sure to shut it off for him when i took the boat out of the water, just cranked up the subs a little :D
