In late March the boys and I are staying at the new hotel the Agave Inn right next to the bridge in the channel for Spring Break.:D
Does anyone know if you can leave your boat in the water all night long in front of the Agave?Or is that still under the same bullshit channel 10:00pm rule.

Right after they opened the hotel we checked out the rooms etc., and were told that they'll have room for about 9-10 boats along their dock for overnighters (paralleled). BTW, the rooms and patios were quite nice and the rates were very reasonable at that time. We could reserve a room for this coming weekend for about $160. But they were just ramping up the operation , I can't believe rates will be that low for any upcoming busy weekend.

Ya the rates arent too bad.
The spring break weekend will be a bit expensive, around $300 a night, but I think it's worth it to be on the water at that exciting time.;) :D

The Channel is 10pm and is a pretty hefty fine, I think around $300 to $500. On regular weekends the police usually don't enfore it but big weekends they do and I'm sure Spring Break now falls in that category. Even those $800k condo's next to Agave Inn owners can't leave their boat's in front of their places.
That sucks for them.
