My wife and I just sold our home in Riverside and relocated to Alta Loma. Both of us were recently divorced and as a result, have less than perfect credit. I had originally spoke with Chris Lloyd (flat broke) and due to the credit issue, he recommended Brent. Thanks Chris!
Thanks to Brents hard work, we were able to buy twice the home and get a competative interest rate.
Throughout the 3 month escrow period (another story to be told later) Brent was always available and answered any and all questions we had. He even had to switch lenders mid stream to keep me at a competative rate during the long ordeal, and he did so without complaining.
