Where is waldo?

As you can see from the pic. They are demo-ing the buidling next to my office. I heard a loud crash about a hour ago. I looked out to see this. Resolution was terrible. I needed to sharpen it and do some stuff just to see the people standing around.
To the right of the spot is another piece of equipment, but it looks like it is on the surface...
