True love is hard to find, sometimes you think you have true love and then you catch the early flight home from San Diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded like a goddamn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend...

"Lost In Translation"
A very funny, and poignant "independent film".
Some of Bill Murray's best work (but definitely NOT Caddyshack or Stripes style humor).
Scarlett Johansson is a rising star. Excellent actress, and very easy on the eyes...
Not the usual "holiday blockbuster" but a very cool movie that I will buy for my DVD shelf.

That's too funny, we do the same thing. Chevy Chase modeled his character after Mr. Sportin' Wood. It's a good "Have a laugh at Dad on TV" film.
Plus, that's how we used to get our tree when I was a kid (minus the root ball on the end).
watched "It's a Wonderful Life" last night. The kids started it and I got sucked in.

The Terminal - Tom Hanks
Watched it last night and I thought it was a great movie!!
Master & Commander - seen it a 100 times and still love it everytime
Matrix Revolutions - Definately outta the ball park, but the 1st is still my favorite.
Ray - Thought it was a great movie, and had some great songs that I hadn't heard in awhile.
Alfie - Quite arguably the most boring / worthless movie I've ever seen.. Had a couple of good one liners though that I've been finding myself using lately.
etc..
