I think the aluminum hull is a great idea but I'd have to have a picklefork and the only aluminums hulls I see are mod tunnel river racers.
They must not think there is enough market in the drag racers.

That was my first boat. I hit a submerged rock at about 80 mph while traveling across water that was about 4 / 6 inches deep. The rock hit right on the intake and pushed the front end down into the the river bottom. It ejected me, motor, battery and several other smaller things. It also blew off my work boats that I was wearing. Nasty.:(

4 to 6 inches deep? How do you keep rocks out of they jet?
That stop must have sucked.
