Wow, a 650 hp Olds. I wonder how he arrived at that number.
He doesn't even list the goodies that got him all those ponies.

I think it's the "chrome", carb, manifold, valve covers...
Everyone knows that chrome is worth an extra 200 - 250 horse on the dyno. :D

Also amazing how that one little 750 dp can feed all those ponies. How does he do it? Unbelievable!

Why do you think it has 0 hours?
Can't blow it up on the desktop dyno.

Don't you guys know that each T-handle valve cover hold down is worth 30HP?

I saw that one...thought I'd read it wrong. It's only at a little over a thousand. That sure is a great deal for a 650 horse motor.:D
What do you wanna bet those headers are rattle canned?

Hoss, maybe you ought to ask Little Joe how much HP a stock 455 Olds puts out before you pass the pipe. Last I heard they put out between 365 and 390 HP stock plus an addtional 40 HP for those pretty blue spark plug wires. Do the math.

Ya mean you guys dont see the "invisiblower"
He would add 90 or 100 more hp with say 429 cobra stickers on the valve covers like that other picture I had!

Not picking on the motor or maker. Just the clown that's trying to sell what is probably a stock rebuild as a 650 hp motor.

I have only seen one set of headers that long in my life and they were a set of cobra's. They would look great on a blue boat, they match. The $65.00 pep boys chrome kit is good up to 1000 hp and the Mr Gasket scoop has got to be able to handle every bit of the power. Some one should let him know the difference between chrome and aluminum. Now I am disappointed that he won't sell it. You guys must have pissed him off. Now no one will benifit from the secret hp monster.

We had a set of long collector Cobra's a long time ago,and it's the best chrome we ever saw. Better than my current Bassett's:rolleyes:
