OK, I thought IIEEEE was something you said in Louisianna after you took a shot. :D And I figured if he didnt know where to get a wagon he must be from the outer limits.

I built one myself, I used a wooden Radio Flyer and put GO Cart aluminum wheels and tires. I got small for the front and fat wide low pros to match the back, The only Rigging was to make a rear end for it, The front and rear wheels stick out the same distance. It breaks down to put in trunks of small cars.
I bought my wheels from a buggy place on Foothill Blvd in Azusa
A bit of $$ but it turned out nice. It should never RUST!
Another way would be to buy used rims and tires call the diffrent shops or cruise the POMONA SWAPMEET
Good luck
Mike

I picked up a killer one at a place called Fleet Metal Box or FMB in Riverside. It's powder coated red w diamond plate on the rails and the storage box door (on the rear). Off road tires and sits about 26" high..
$225
