I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that a majority of them are either Biesmeyer or based STRONGLY on the Biesmeyer hull. They seem to be a time tested race proven design that works.

I think there are still a few BARRON SPRINT'S (by hallet) mixed
in too!

There are indeed. SS225 was running one for a while and last I heard was talking about selling it. I kick around buying it every now and then. It's a heavy enough layup to be a good lake/river boat.

I guess I am what I eat..... But I hope your kidding.... If your not I bet you could fill your shorts pretty fast if you rode in my cracker... Takes big ones... Watch the videos again... But you know Im willing to try the drags if I had a boat to do it with .... And sitting on the beach is for the pit crew...

Kenny's red white and grey Barron "look-a-like" is a Riviera. That boat would make a great river boat. Good price too!!

I'm fairly certain that it is a Barron Sprint. My yellow boat is a Riviera that I bought from Kenny. Either way, it's a sweet boat.
I keep thinking the v-drive would make a nice addition to my toy arsenal, but then again, so would a Harley and a 26'ish boat. Decisions, decisions. ;) :D

I just don't know if you could ever make it quiet enough to run under the impending noise regulations without putting pedals or a sail in it.

I dont think my boats as loud as some of those big dollar double and triple engine ocean boats running around (I run Basset headers w/mufflers). I think the "Loud boat" market is too big for this impending reg. to either make it or be enforced substantially.

I guess I could buy it and have the Riviera market cornered in Phoenix. I know there are some definate similarities between that hull and mine, but was under the impression it was a Barron with some kind of story behind it that kinda tied it to the Riviera. Hell, I don't know. :D

YES !!! Once upon a time, a K-Boat driven by John McCray (sp), I believe, ran one with the drive off the flywheel. To make it work well, the engine rotated counter clockwise !!!
