I got the spiel when I stayed there last year, but with it being so far away...I didn't want to spend the coin. And wasn't the charter rate like around 15-19K or so???

Yea' there's 3 under 100k all dumps ' There's 1,000 for sale , but the rental market is flooded . All these people bought thinking they would be there all the time . Two of my friends have'nt been there since mid-summer . Still making that payment .

yeah, it beats staying at any hotels or motels.
I hear theyre a hot item to trade for other destinations
especially during Spring Break since the Nautical is the only resort on the water at Havasu.

Is there usually rooms available when you call? How far in advance do you need to make a reservation?
