With all the bad weather....

has anyone heard of SAD? (Seasonal Affective Disorder) And does anyone get it?
I get it really bad when Im couped up for too long and it rains and storms for more than a few days. I usually jump in the car and head for sun when I can. Fog is one of the worse depressants for me.

What bums me out the worst, is a grey day with no rain. But, when it rains I love it. It's a nice soothing, relaxing and beautiful thing. Feels like the planet is being fed the life giving water.....
