i make stuffed cabbage rolls and blackeyed peas w/ham. mmmmmmm

My wife like to cook something special. We had an awesome Primerib at XMAS. I told lets just do burrito's she did not like that IDEA:(
with all the games, I may fill up on beer any ways :wink:

Same thing every year. Pork Roast and sourkrout, Mashed potatos, green beans, Salad and rolls.

Only thing I am going to be serving up is the tube steak to some nice young girl at about 12:05.:D :eek: :D :eek:

Good choice, my mom cooks the best Pork Chops and Sourkrout...cooks it slow for like 4-5 hours...dam chops melt off the bone and in your mouth...and the Sourkrout over the mash potatos is to die for..:D

with all the games, I may fill up on beer any ways :wink: We did a 15lb Primerib for Xmass Eve with my family....they all left happy! I never did ask my wife how much that baby cost! It was a nice change from the turkey deal.:)

It will be Blackeyed Peas for Good Luck
and Collard Greens for Money.

Having ham. Folks can either have sandwiches or just cuts of meat. Jello salad, pickled beets, lots of beer and chips. AND what ever any one else might want to bring over.
Ducatista,don't ask how much the prime rib cost. I went to the meat market and got a dry rubbed one that was excellent, 16 pounds for 13 people, (do it every year) but $14 a lb is getting bad. May do the ham next year for Xmas and New Years.
