complete ford 460 for sale!!

this is a complete ford for 460 with every thing except for pan and pickup.
its ran great in hot hallets boat for a year but his new project will be taking its place( 514 ford) ;) it is a 71 block and 73 heads. with a isky jet boat cam ( 278 duration). this motor has been well taken care and is in top shape. for question feel free to shoot him a email at travis.noack@primedia.com or pm him here or cbbb
he is asking 1500 obo.
i have seen this motor run and i would guess it would be about 400-450 hp.

This motor has been stout for the past two seasons and performs well. Not super radical but turn key and reliable. If I don't sell soon I am just going to end up using the block and parting out the rest.

Can't wait for a buyer. Gotta get going on new motor and don't want to blow bills on another block without selling this. I know it will only be a few hundred to get another block but I am stretched tight as it is with all the stuff I am doing to the boat this winter. Will need to deliver to engine shop sometime next week.

Motor is now definitely For Sale as I broke down and purchased a new block. Any reasonable offers considered. Whoever buys will need to get and oil pan and pickup, put on their own valve covers, starter, alternator, front pulley, balancer, and timing chain front cover. In retrospect it is not totally complete but for the most part it is a drop in deal. It will need headers or logs depending on what boat it goes in.

If the boat is set up for a 460 all you will need is an oil pan and pickup pump, a front pulley, some headers, a flywheel and flexplate, bell housing cover, starter and alternator. I am flexible on the price as whoever buys will have to purchase some stuff. I can be reached at 310-344-2555.
