I have a 5.7 Magnum and an alpa1 drive. Will a 5 lb thrust blower that makes 400 horse power be too much for the alpha drive?
Has any one done this or is will it be too much for the drive?

Hey Larry,
This question has been asked before:

Just curious- what's a "thrust blower"?

I believe that the Alpha 1 can handle up to 300 hp without problems. If your going to go up to 400 horses your definetly going to need a Bravo 1.

A thrust blower: Isnt that when the MS's does that great thing with her mouth and jiggles her rear http://free.***boat.net/ubb/biggrin.gif j/k
Seriously though : You will turn your Alpha into Rubble. While your in the process, I would upgrade to a Bravo, and actually get a set of Bravo Shop( or something comprable) uppers that wont get bent from the torque ..
