Anyone know much about these timeshares? $'s and benifits. Every year usage? ETC.

Got a timeshare last October.
Regretting it already.

I have seen some on E-bay once in a while.
Why do you regret it?

We went to the presentation at the naughtical last year. The bottom line for the cheapest one was $ 5,500 bi-annual.( 1 week every other year in the smallest upstairs unit. But you could use 12 bonus nights a year @ $50.00 a night(If they had room available.) you also could launch for free anytime regardless if you were staying there or not. And there was suppose to be free access to the health spa in town.
We didn't buy in, Just didn't seem worth it to us, already living here.
But to answer your question. they were asking around $7,000 a week for 2 weeks in prime time. Looking to get 14K to 15K out of you.

I got the schpiel last year from them too. Nice enough units (stayed in the new ones). I couldn't see the value...if I was going to spend that kind of money, might as well use it as a down on a condo or something and rent it out most of the season. I just thought it was a waste of money.
