Anyone have an idea on where to get diamond plate? I need a couple of rectangle pieces, and also a little something fabbed as well.
I should add that I would prefer somewhere local to the Great 909....

TRY YOUR LOCAL STEEL SUPPLY HOUSE. I BOUGHT A 4X8 SHEET AWILE BACK FROM PATTON STEEL IN LANCASTER. DEPENDING ON THICKNESS IT STARTS AROUND $100 PER SHEET. MOST PLACES WILL SELL SMALL CUT PIECES IF THATS ALL YOU NEED.

I got all of my diamond plate at Joor Brothers in Corona. Good prices and they would shear it in whatever formation I wanted free of charge.

Your local metal supply shop or recycling shop should have what you need. If you are in Temecula, you can hit Rancho Metals and Recycling Center on Jefferson next to Temecula Motorsports.

Omega (from the land of southern engineering) I saw a boat being towed by a 20' length of Nashua 357 duct tape. Granted, it was a Bayliner. :D
