what are the water levels like at Perris or Elsinore? Anybody know? Going this weekend in a friends new boat-maiden voyage. 22 Essex Vortex with 496 and I/O

I was out at Elsinore on Sunday....I didn't have any problems with our 26' Party Cat...

anyone else out there? Im thinking the party cat wont sit as deep as the new boat will...Are all the launch ramps open at Elsinore?
