We ended up goin to catalina yesterday and this thing pulled in!! All I could say is WOW!!

That's a nice cruiser! Bayliner makes some nice weekend cruisers. It's cool being able to get up in the morning and llight the BBQ for some bacon and eggs while floating! Nuthin better !

63' Cigarette boat! Twin 1300 Horse MTU's and Arneson surface drives. Pretty damn sporty. :) They build 'em in Italy. It's a Baia Azzurra.

That big silver one was there when we did the Lavey Catalina run,
(which I did in my 21'er in about 25 minutes,thank you very much)

That boat is moored in Marina Del Ray. Never been on it, but checked it out from the dock. Definitely an impressive machine!

Good question. I know ships are big, but what's the cutoff? or maybe it has something to do with a ship has water tight integrity?

You can put a boat on a Ship - But you cannot put a Ship on a boat! That is the way it is explained to me!
Which means a Ship can be pretty dam small! if you have a really small boat!

I was having coffee in Marina del Rey on Friday morning and saw that ship cruise out of the channel headed to Catalina. Very nice.

How was the run over on Saturday? I was going to go but the wave report looked like it was a shitty mes at 6 am so I figured forget it and went boat shopping instead....... :)
