Anyone know where I can get one of these brackets that the tunbuckels attach to for ride plate adjustment. See picture below.

I don't mean the turnbuckles themselves. Im looking for the bracket that bolts to the bowl and droop snoot that the turnbuckles mount to.

You make those out of 1/4" aluminum.

I think he was looking to buy one, as not all of us have the equipment to machine something like that ourselves.

You actually get $98 for those?? OUCH!! Crazy if you ask me. Take you an hour to make them out of aluminum for less than $20 tops.

Find a machine shop and show them what it is you want done. It'd be a piece of cake with the proper equipment. That's their job and what they're in business for. Just don't tell em somebody wanted $100 for one and I bet you could have one made up for $20 or so. I like the one piece design better than the two. Looks like it'd be stronger and it looks better too.

don't know what machine shops hourly rate is in arizona, but in calif they get $60, $80, or more per hour. and you have to kiss their butt to get a job done. those are 5 buck parts for someone who is mass producing them, but way more if you just walk in off the street and ask for two. i'd bet $60 at least.
