We decided to go to the the boat show Sunday (tomorrow). What is the best way to get to the CC from Central Coast (101 south). Also where is the best place to park, driving a Expedition 4x4 with 2" lift. I can barely fit in most parking structures. Thanks for your help.

Glastron Guy,
It is my everyday vehicle, at least I have a lifted 4x4. It cracks me up how many people lift 4x2 vehicles. I bought it the way it is. My sister has a Expedition with a 6" lift and it seems very unstable. I am not into short guys that need penis extision to feel justified. I am a cowgirl that is into practical vehicles for the ranch. :D :D :D

Maybe the garages are lower in Southern CA. Up here, a 2" lift will fit just about anywhere.

GlastonGuy,
Where is up here? I am not from So Cal, per say. I am from Central CA which is way smaller than So Cal. It is a 4 hour drive to So Cal.

Glastron Guy,
Grew up north of Sacramento. In Live Oak, now live south. Went to Cal Poly SLO, now live in Atascadero, 30 miles north of San Luis Obispo. Do you know where that is?

FYI I have a 6" lift on 2500 HD and I parked in the convention center parking structure today. It had 7' clear.

GlastronGuy,
My husband Doug and I had our wedding rep at the Officers Club. Next time you are in town and would like to go to the lake let us know. You still haven't said where you are from.

GlastronGuy,
My mom lives in Yuba City, my sisters live in Gridley/Biggs and Live Oak. I will let you know next time we go to Lake Orville or Bucks Lake (snow time). Good to meet someone from the old stomping grounds.

I think you mean 7"? That's getting tall to fit in some structures.

My Avalanche 4x4 2500 big block has a 6" RCD lift on it and I can get it into most parking structures here in SoCal. I could not get into the parking structure at the show but if you get there early enough you should be able to park underneath the Convention Center (in the "basement"). There's plenty of headroom down there and lots of lifted trucks were parked there.
Coming down the 101 you can take it all the way to the Convention Center.

Glastron,
I meant 7 feet. The parking structure had a sign with a big azz bar that stated 7' Clear. I probably cleared it with less than 7 inches to spare:rolleyes:
