I have no idea what they are really called... can someone enlighten me as to their real name? Whatever they are... I definatly need to replace them since theyre pretty rusted up and bout to take a dump. Where could I go about gettin some new ones?

You may be talking about freeze plugs or the drains used to drain the water in the block.

there the plugs for draining the water from the block for when ya winterizing the engine... So I guess the freeze plugs.
Sorry I wasnt more detailed in the first post.... i was a tippin the bottle to the ceiling last night. ;)

You can get those at any hardware store. Just tell them you need some drain plugs that screw in. They are 1/4 NPT threads.

Just don`t use valves , they make you think your dry when your really cloged. Lost a BBC 454 in Jersy(stupid amiture):D :D :D :D
