That is what they thought over at RRL too. Much like in American History X. That would suck. :o

You talking about one of those "extruded landscape curb" kind of guys that puts the mud in the little machine and it poops out the lawn border?

I don't have anyone to recommend, but I had this work done at my house about three years ago. I found a company out of the Pennysaver and called them for references. I also checked with the CSLB on their license.
I called two of the references and talked to one guy that said that they did a good job for him. I used them and they were great! Got the back and front yard done in one day, a whole lot of curbing, don't remember the lineal footage, but it was over 250.
The machine that extrudes the curbs is pretty cool...and pretty simple in design.

That is pretty much it. Just something a little more than basic square mow strip.

I basically need some cool looking curbing/decorative cement to separate my grass and planter areas. Only about 75 linear feet, but I cant seem to find anyone around here to return my calls.
Mudxprt, come over and do it! :D

Sorry Thor at only 75 feet you are gonna have a hard time finding someone. I tried to get someone to do my backyard annd the three companies I talked to all wanted at least 100-125 feet to show uo:mad:
They would do it but were also gonna charge me something like 400 bucks. I thought that was too steep for something I could do myself (I'm a cheeep bastard) so I bought those retaining wall blocks and stacked them two high. I think it took about 2 hours with the wife helping and cost about 230$
Good luck in your search.

I also had the same problems with the people not calling back for days.

I finally found someone that would do it for $4/sq ft. That fair in my book. Plus I am having him run the curbing through a few boulders and add some color. I have too many things to do to burn another day forming up concrete curbing.
THOR <-- lazy and uninspired

Fair??? That guy is giving it away. I wouldnt charge less than 9.00 per lin ft. and thats if you have atleast 500 lf to do.
