Anybody else hate the wank way to post pics with a link?

OK!
I admit I struggled for 6 mos. to figure out how to post pics here.
Now anyone can click and post a link.
I like opening a post and seein pics, not links.
WHAT's YOUR OPINION?

That's the way it is man. Could be worse.
When I first started surfing the net this is how it was done. 486 computer if you were lucky.
Open Trumpet Winsock and dial out. Log in manually with a bunch of text commands that made no sense. This established your connection to the ISP. Minimize that.
Open a web browser to look around the internet. Back then it was Netscape for sure.
Used a totally different program for e-mail usually Eudora. Manual log in.
If you wanted newsgroup access that was another program. Manual log in.
It was slow, very slow.
Just try and upload a pic somehwere and then link to it. Would not happen.

OMG HON I can remember having to do all of that also. :eek: Seeing it spelled out step by step like that brought it all back. Oh the trauma ... the time spent logging in like that is irretrievable. ;)
Now that things have improved though and I have experienced the speed and ease of browse my puter files and upload a pic that isn't a link- that is what I prefer. My .02. :)
