We are heading over to phoenix to look for a house feb 26th- march 2nd. our agent is going to line us up with as many homes as we can see in that short of time. the house in san diego sold before it was listed.
I start the new job on arpil 5th, and it would be nice to have a house by then.
I look forward to seeing everyone out on lake pleasant this summer.

I would love to get on the water then. Still too cold on the hill and would have to winterize the twins again before coming home. A good lake jones is a powerful thing though. Will try to hit the next one.

I took these on Saturday. It was very calm but there was a Bass tournament so the parking seemed a little crowded for February. But I don't know what is normal out there.

I have set up with the marina that we can have a group of slips near the Grills and have our own party. (I told them 15 to 25 slips)
Dan gave me a discounted overnight rate for those who would like to stay, or leave their boat overnight and come back Sunday. To get the discount, let them know your with AHBA.
They will have a DJ or Band in the lounge, that evening.
How about we gather about 1:00 pm in the Marina, I'll bring hambuger pattys and hot dogs.
Each of us bring something to contribute, ie - buns, condiments, burger vegies, chips ect.
Each of us bring our own drinks, and lets party!!
Please each of you RSVP here or by PM to help me get a count for the right number of slips.

Alright, your down for the Potato Salad :) The Grills are behind the store in through the card gate, they will give us temp cards when we pay the slip fee.
It's $20 for the slip fee, they gave us a $5 discount.

The fee is for overnight. Of course the marina is wanting as many overnighter as possible.
I would like to have a few more events like this and that's whats interested them. They would also like us to have an event of some sort at Roosevelt to get people to come see that new marina. (same owners)
It would be fun to have a gathering there before it gets too warm.

We got some fuel (89 only) at the marina a couple weeks ago. Nice facility. Had a good chat with one of the guys working there who was also the mechanic. Think his name was Rusty. Nice guy, and was very familiar with our favorite toy store down in Tucson (Larry's)!

That's the place, I haven't been there in a while. Last time, you cruised around by the south 3 lane ramp and into the 2 or 3 slip from the shore. I will have our AHBA banner up to show what slips they put us at.
If you tie up at the courtesy docks, you'll have to be let through the security gate to get there.

Looked like fun with great weather. 60deg. in Flagstaff today and I really want to get to a lake now. As soon as the boats wont freeze at night a couple of us are going to head down the hill for an over-nighter on Pleasant.

4th of july would be nice for that also.
didnt have too bad of a hangover but when i got in the truck to back down the ramp, i felt like i was still on the boat. that lsted half the day on sunday. it got pretty windy during the night.
