They are the new afternoon guys at 96 rock in Atl...This is from their Bio.
History:
With a combined total of almost 20yrs of radio experience, Dick and Justice bring to Atlanta the very first official Afternoon Show. While doing a morning show in a part of Southern California know as the Inland Empire, Dick and Justice got a call from 96Rock head honcho Tim Dukes, asking if they would like to make slightly more money and be able to sleep in. Not wanting to pass on a good offer, Dick and Justice started in Atlanta on Jan 2nd 2003. (which was a good thing for them since we hear that there former station burned down! Whether it was the Wildfires that did it, or arson from someone living in the Crack House next door, the investigation is on going).

I work for the radio station in the Inland Empire they use to work at. The station is called X103.9
