Hey guys my Uncle has a 1984 16ft Mark Twain I/O runabout with a chevy 305 and a mercruiser outdrive, not sure of the model or anything. He has kept the entire boat imacualte. everything on the boat is in pristine condition. But the past couple years it has developed a bad vibration when you turn hard left or hard right. It is the original drive as far as I know, he swears its the U-joints and although he is mechanically inclined he wont mess with it at all. He also said they were very expensive, I think $900. So what do you guys think? Are they that hard to replace or could it be something else?
