Thanks,
Yes I painted it for the little brother.
Its a combination of House of Kolor kandys and PPG products
Kandy Cobalt Blue, Tangerine and Brandywine
The white is a chevy truck color with House of Kolors silver/white pearl over it.
The flames on the deck were done using a different base coat under the Kandy. All covered by 3 coats of a House of Kolor clear urethane.
Then buffed and buffed and buffed.:D

That is one sweet lookin ride! Which is prefferable to most the Gelcoats or Paint? I am probably not going to color my boat this year but I have some real cool ideas for next year. Old glory completely covering my 71 Mandella! My main project is to getting her flying this year! I really like the paint on yours! Makes me wish I could getrdun this year!

Depends on who you talk to.
I prefer the paint. I think its easier to work with. And the new clears are pretty tough.

Thanks everybody. And to you Boyd, the trailer will be done in the Eastern Washington nostalgia way, I believe the silver duct tape you used at Moses Lake to secure your inner fender, and float away bunks, will really compliment my paint. Ha take that.

What.....What did I say! Duck tape not under the towel! Just on the fender officer! {speedvision commercial with the 57 vette and the cop} :D

Pretty funny huh JG! In the video you will see it up close and I remark that instead of 200 mile duct tape, it is 2 mph tape, that's when the dually looses traction up the ramp and starts smoking the tires and the tape becomes 0 mph tape!:D Jimmie d sold that trailer to me...............:o

The trailers dont make them go any faster anyways.

The engine is painted.
And Kandy blue is cool. One of the easier Kandy colors to spray as well.;)
