Hud i just put my 79 crewcab dually under tow vehicles,454,auto,air,133,000 miles,cloth int.alcoas.shell,6 new tires,needs paint, cant afford to put gas in right now,worth about $3500 will take $2300.but its not lowerd,runs perfect.waiting for big proppa to post pictures for me....

Hud, is that your truck? Looks like an 84 front end. I had one just like it a couple years ago. Can't recall what year they changed the front. Looks clean. Good luck. Oh, and I traded mine in to a dealer for 3500 and it was in rough shape to say the least.

Nope, that is an '88 front end. Pops had an '88 suburban, same front end. :)

No it's not my truck. I posted it for Tim Thomas! "IN THE RED" Super clean truck with very low miles for a 88. He used it to tow his flat and thats about all!

Sounds good. It must be 89 that they changed body styles. I couldn't remember.

The non dually trucks changed body style in '88. The dually trucks and suburbans changed body styles in '92 (I believe).

the crew cab body style changed in 92, the extra cab was 90. i have a 91 extra cab with the newer body style.
