Hey Todd
Things are still up in the air if we will make to Red Bluff this year. After the bullshit last year with the 7:70 break out rule and Fagen wanting to fine us for it or not run the boat for the rest of the year it kind of left us with some bad feelings about the IHBA.
The boat is still up for sale so if you know of anyone interested in it get hold of me.
We have made up our mind to go back to car racing as soon as the boat sells and get into a nostigila top fuel car. We allready have some key players lined up to help us out with the top fuel operation such as Jim Murphy of the Holy Smokes AA/fuel Funny Car and Jerry Beebe of the Fighting Irish AA/fuel dragster.
So with any luck we may do good in the class after we go thru a learning course with some of the old pros that will be helping us.

I knew you guys got put on the trailer, but I didn't know they wanted to fine you. Was that your first or second qualifier? How much did they want to fine you? I had a rough time last year. I thought maybe because it was my first race. So I'm going for more abuse this year. If it doesn't get any better then IHBA can stick that race.

It was the first round of eliminations on sunday morning and we had a bye run.
We backed the tune up down from the last run we made on saturday when we quailified with a 8.06 because the air was so good that sunday morning. But as you know we ran that 7.69 and was still back peddeling it at 3/4 track.
Then all the shit hit the fan and we were DQed from the race.
They told us it would be a $500 fine or be suspended for the remaining races of the year.
So F#@K Em
We will run if they ever get thier act together for the races at CFW.
We may also make a few trips to Ming to try out the NJBA deal if the boat does not sell soon.
Everything is locked up in the trailer ready to go racing so if someone bought it all they would have to do is lash the valves, get on the holding rope, fire it and go.
