Just got back from Spring Breakin at our place in FL and looky what I saw in the parking lot. This bad boy caught my eye cause of it's size. Much bigger than a ML500. About the size of a Durango (Probably on the same platform). Looks like it might just tow a boat. You can't see from my pice but a sticker in the back window said test vehicle. Very good looking truck

If it is the GL and not the new RL then the price will be "awesome" too. The RL is about $55K with a 6-cylinder and even more for an 8-cylinder. The GL is more but it's great offroad - of course no one in their right mind will take one offroad.

Dodge and Mercedes are owned by Daimler-Chrysler, so I am sure there will be lots of engineering and design "back and forth" between the two brands. "Secondplace" is a Benz service manager, he'll have all the straight talk on the new Benz models...

In my opinion it looks too much like a minivan from the rear.

Yeah... looks pretty similar. They've just uglied up a Durango, put the Mercedes star on the hood, and doubled the price.
.... probably made A/C a standard feature too.
