WOW! Looks great guys! Glad you had a good day. We had some great water on Saturday for our lunch run, but the wind kicked up in the afternoon making awesome!
Did they actually let you tie up like that at the Yardhouse? Did they harrase you at all? I know along the sea wall you can't side tie, and the area you guys tied up at are rented slips. Let us know how you did that!!!
:) :) :)

SCOPE,
No, we didn't get permission to side-tie like that, but we didn't get harrassed either. We weren't there for very long. Just long enough to get a couple of cocktails and a munchie. I know they're pretty uptight about that. Guess we got lucky! ;)

I'm a little disappointed to be one of the "not pictured", but I guess thats what we get for running a few minutes late. Sunday was a blast and I wanted to thank everyone for your patience after our slower than anticipated start and return trip to the trailers. The rest of the day turned out to be great, even Ramsy (the guy with the boat back on the trailer) had a great time. I would like to post some pics tonite, but the camera ended up a little wet?
Still got a smile on my face from that run back. Wild Lavey, thanks for taking some of my crew back from the Island, I know they appreciated not having to sit on each others laps again. :D
Thanks again to Chris and Jeff for lunch (and for building such bad ass boats!) and to Kevin and David for keep'n up and not slowing the rest of us down.

Thanks BH,
It was a lot of fun running with the group like that. It's also good to put a face with the name on these boards!
Speaking of running hard, hey Wild Lavey, you were out in front with us ... Did you happen to see who was driving the Poker Run 2750 for the first leg???
http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/1371Christopher.jpg
It was Chris' son, Christopher. :D :D :D I saw the bottom of that boat a few times. Not bad for a twelve year old! ;)

Kevin took the race boat out I see. I'll have to call him and tell him to take me with next time. I don't think my 21' squirter would cut it. Who bought that blood red one with the gray flames? I saw it at the LA boat show, VERY nice.

Guys-
Come on out for the SCOPE Brunch Run to Catalina on March 13th! You would have lots of fun!
Here's a video from 2 years ago. It was kind of overcast, but still great fun and sunny at the island!

That video came out good. Whoever was the camera person in Nort's boat did a great job of keeping it steady. Once again I see my dream boat, carbon fiber Top Gun!! I have made it to the ocean a few times this season, not too many. I will be in Havasu more this year. See ya there...
