Computer Question

Can anyone tell me why when I right click on my mouse,properties doesnt show up just in the box. It just has these thing listed,just save picture as,print target,copy, copy shortcut,add bookmark,open link, open link with new window.I fixed this once on my other computer put cant seem to remember how on this one.

It all depends on where you put the mouse at when you right click, from what your saying is your right clicking on a picture instead of the desktop on whatever program your in.
