Custom Painting???

I need some small stuff painted for the boat, and need it to match the battery boxes, dash ext...which are all painted to match the exterior paint on the boat.
I need someone that actually has some artistic ability because there is a design involved. The guy I used to use is working for West Coast Choppers now and I can not get ahold of him.
I am in North San Diego County, but can drive a reasonable distance for someone who is good.
