14.2:1 motor. That compression seems high for a blower motor running in a lake boat. Do you know how much boost it's going to be running at?

How big of a nitrous kit are you going to be using on the motor?

Bruce :D Mopar guy huh?? cool, we just welded up a cage in my buddies 65 dart, 416 small block, eddy heads by Hughes, Hughes roller, 727 trans, 3,91 rear gear and ran a 10.902 last weekend with some left, should be in the 10.80's pretty quick.

That's going to be an awesome monster! Like you guys, I'm a mopar guy at heart. Just can't bring myself to drop the dough to put a RB in a boat :( .
So, a blown BBC will just have to do...ho hum...

Heetseeker, you traitor. What is a bunch of money in a boat? A waste,,,haha.
It doesn't cost THAT much more money to do up an RB.

Brian, you're right. I'm a traitor. Maybe, as the manufacturer of B/RB engine mounting systems for boats, you can help a stray Mopar guy find his way back to the Pentstar. You know, maybe a little donation of an engine plate or two... :D :D :D
You know the worst part, I have a very well seasoned complete 440 on the floor of my dad's garage. It's been there for at least 17 years, just begging me to do something with it! I was going to rebuild it and put it in Dad's 66 Charger, but we decided to stick with a 383 for originality reasons. So, there it sits, all cold and lonely on the floor of pop's garage, taking up space.

Looks like some first rate stuff.
F.Y.I. My dad drag raced an old Dodge with a 426 Wedge engine in the late 60's "The Wedge" named appropriately. The Hemis would eventually take it on the big end when they came out. Not that I remember back that far. Actually I remember watching Fuel Altereds run.
