looking for a boat!!! 21' i/o open bow

I am looking for a 21' - 23' open bow, i/o, preferrably in SO Cal. I have my eye on Shockwave, Essex, Carrera, Aftershock, Commander, Advantage, etc. Any suggestions? Advice? Does and Don'ts? I'm not really big on flames. I am big on the anal retentive boat owner who loves to keep the thing clean and as perfect as they can....you know the kind-- no shoes in the boat, no sharp object to stab the interior, blah blah blah.....
