Get an old CB Radio with a PA switch, and a indoor / outdoor speaker.
I had this set up in H.S. It worked quite well.. It also got me in a little trouble from time to time.
The CB thing is the easiest way to do it though.

Standard Loud Hailer! (http://www.standardhorizon.com/indexVS.cfm?cmd=DisplayProducts&ProdCatID=87&encProdID=bob2SRnOdH4%3D&DivisionID=3&isArchived=0)
This thing works! I had one on our motorhome. GREAT dealio for yelling at slow drivers in the fast lane!

Look under the accessories tab on that site.
Should be around $200.00 - $250.00. (http://www.geared4adventure.com/sh-lh5.html) Last time I bought one. Worth it! Think about driving by the golf course as a guy is in his back swing and you yelling FOUR!!!!!!! I have had many fingers fly my way over that.

I've seen those at JC Whitney.....plus a goofy horn that plays "La Cucaracha" too. :D

Forget the PA system, I prefer a train horn...a little more costly (around $700-$1000) but definitely worth it !!
