using rewarder water injected headers but water coming from the small tubes are not enough?
I see lots of people has the same headers,how did you solve this problem?!?

I see lots of people has the same headers,how did you solve this problem?!?Damn, they have jet boats in Turkey? I don't understand what you mean by not getting enough water from the small tubes? There shouldn't be much water coming through them to begin with, or you will end up with water in your oil.. Do you have a "T-valve" installed in your water line feeding the headers? If so, take it appart and check for abstructions. You don't want ANY water coming out at idle, and just a small amount of mist that will turn into a slight steam at anything above 2000-2500 RPM.

Not keeping the headers cool enough?

Does this engine have a blower? "Red" sounds lean or late timing to me.

red : exhaust getting very hot.
engines are athmosperic.non charged.hi comp.

IF YOUR HEADS ARE CRACKED CALL ME. I CAN FIX THEM FOR PROBABLY HALF THE COST OF NEW. WE CAST WELD AND ALUM WELD CYLINER HEADS AND BLOCKS.
