Wife driving our 04 Chevy 1500 truck South on I-15 this A.M. when rear tire blows, ruining it and aluminum wheel. Does anyone know where I might find a tire store that deals in takeoffs that might sell me just one wheel and tire? Spare is standard steel wheel. It's a factory aluminum wheel and was a General tire. Thanks for any suggestions...BTH

Check ebay, a lot of the sellers on there specialize in take offs

Junkyards (some just deal in wheels) will probably have one.

Another general tire problem.
Most custom wheel dealers keep the stock ones that are traded in around for a while. I would call a few of the bigger dealers in your area. That is how I got my "winter" wheels. They are stock '99 Chevy wheels.
HD

Buy GOODYEARs or MICHELINS and ditch the GENERALS. Might as well get 20's while you are at it.;)
Try Ramona Tire in Temecula off of Winchester Rd, ask for Cody.
