SPAM: BBC Rectangle Port Heads

In an effort to clear out un-used items from the garage, IÂ’m selling a set of rectangle port BBC heads and some misc. valvetrain components. The heads are casting number 3919840. According to Mortec.com these spec out as....67-69...rectangle port...closed chamber..396, 427, 107cc chamber. I had these heads on the very first BBC in my old Dana Daycruiser. When I built the 496 for the Spectra I picked up some 990s and these have been on the floor of the storage shed every since. The heads had a valve job done on them about 60 hours and 3 years of sitting ago. Valves are 2.19 intakes and 1.88 exhaust. Springs are nothing special as the cam in that motor was a 278 duration Isky flat tappet deal. It doesnÂ’t look like there has ever been any porting on the heads, so they could be a good starting point for someone looking for some rectangle ports as an upgrade. Feel free to pm me and make an offer on the heads so I donÂ’t have to deal with puting em up on Ebay.

I know it's a pain in the *** but in my experience EBAY brings top dollar. I always tell friends I could sell dirt in a box on there.
