That looks great.
Do you think that exhaust will support the HP you are looking for?

IMCO says yes !!and they wont crack after two seasons ! tahs why the PowerFlow Plus ,imco says there dyno tests show there as good as big tubes in a blown application.

QUESTION?????
I see that you have your balancer bolt going thru all the pulleys. I have mine behind the pulleys and then the pulleys bolted to the balancer. Which way should I have it?????
What grade bolts should be used to bolt the pulleys to the balancer???
I have the same set-up

I have had 8-71s and 10-71s and when set up right they run for ever. I just bought my first vee with twin 525s, and was thinking up upgrading to the quadrotor

I still think some CMI's would outperform those Imco's especially on a max effort build.Of course it's easy to spend someone else's money! And another thing we talked about is make sure that fuel system will support that hp level, Dennis knows his s..t !!!!!

Is the oil returns from the blower dumping in the valve covers?

Yes !! & there is another outlet from the valvecovers to the pan on each side ,this is a poor mans dry sump system and it equalizes the block pressure. A lot of the hoses are for water dumps and pressure relief valves. Each cooler has two water in and two out straight to a transome dump.

I asked because I'm looking at how I'm going to run the oil drains from my turobs.
Dumping in the covers like you did would be easy. But I didn't want the extra oil draining down the rotating assy. so I'm leaning to running them straing to the pan.

I have a drain from the front and rear lower corner of each valve cover to my pan on each side its a poor mans dry sump you will have to epoxy a small peice of alum in the head corner that way the oil you dump there and other oil drains to the pan without draining on the assembly also equalises the block presure !!

I talked to Rock-it man today and they are very pleased with their speeds so far. At 19 lbs. boost it ran ... . They're gonna bump it up a tad more.
