You better hord up on that shit, cause I heard some bad news about that oil. They are gonna go all synthetic, that means no more racing oil. The napa that I have an account with is having a real hard time getting it. I am not sure what oil I am gonna run in the future. I am open for ideas.

I am going to Torco. It still has the additives that Kendal took out. This was a heads up from the fuel and alcohol racers.

What happened to running with Mercury Marine Oil? Is that not good enough?

Kendall oil is very pure, very little ash or minerals. Many of the 'trick' additives are a base of Kendall oil and 10% PTFE (teflon). A good friend of mine was sponsored by "Slick 50" he ran a pro stock bike in NHRA. We tested his product and found an advantage above 8000 rpm's (less drag). He then told me that it was 90% Kendall oil and 10% (magic BS ). I have used Kendall for over 35 years and have had NO FAILURES of drag or ski race motors, and the 'play boats' have had no failures at all. I have used it in my work and personal vehicles, with very great long term results. If they are going to "all synthetic" I will be very disapointed, and will look for an other source. The GT1 oil is the best for severe duty use, and I have found NO OTHER to compare to it's quality. I use it today in all the motors I do, including my personal cars/trucks.

How do GT1, Kendall and Torco compare to say Royal Purple, Red line and Lucas oils?
