How much does it cost to recertify a lifeline jacket

I think its 100.00 plus shipping. You can save if you drop off the jacket at a race where Bill has his trailer.

None of them are USCG approved, correct?

Not out here on the east coast..been down that road ..I was out testing the race boat full gear,helmut etc. and got stopped by local DNR..walked away with a ticket for no life jacket x 2..they dont honor them..pissed me off as we were better prepared and safer then most of the weekend warriors runnin around :mad:

Ya, I don't get that. They are good enough to race in, but not USCG approved. Lisa at Lifeline, said, it was because the Coast Guard doesn't certify the balistic material they use in the vests.
Go figure...:(

yea..the gov. can't charge us for it like all the other stuff......:rolleyes:
