Blower restraint. Straps go to brackets, ususally mounted the headers. To prevent blower form leaving the premises in the event of a blower explosion.

Well it looks like the manifold will work with the heads. I was kinda leary about this part. Now if it only had low compression in it I would slap it on now.

damn the frist one i built we did not wait put it on a 10 to 1 motor and ran the hell out of it for two years then it blew a gasket
the new setup is 496 bbc 7.5 to 1 making 10 psi out of the box lots of good parts in the motor guess its a good place to start
anyway have fun with it just remember to be safe
