One time I had this dream that I had a hernia... and it was strangulating. I sat up as I awoke in a sweat. It took me a minute to realize that my underwear was bisecting my nuts.

Then I'll tear off the flypaper in order to remove the first few layers of skin, exposing the now bleeding corpuscles. Then and only then will I submerge myself in a vat of Balsamic vinegar.
