Just picked up this 5th wheel and will be staying st the Islander. Contrary to common opinion, the Islander does have nightly rental sites available as opposed to permanent sites which have the infamous two year waiting list. Most of the nightly sites are waterfront as well. We'll be storing it in their dry storage and they will spot it on/off the site when we arrive and depart. You kinda have to probe a little when trying to get a site... it seems their first answer is always "NO". I hate that! So I sent the wife over to their office and she schmoozed them and made headway with them.
