I have posted before about if i should install a superchiller on my 575 sci.Well,I installed a superchiller, sea strainer. I had phaff install the aeromotive fuel pump and regulator and 3" pulley.I ran the boat last weekend. Before the upgrade i was turning a 30" stock prop.I could run 88mph @5100 rpm.now,Iam turning a 32".The boat ran 98mph and i was hitting the rev (5250rpm).I picked up 10mph and i did not even have the boat aired out(flat water). It really made the 575sci come alive. Now i have to think about if i want to mess with the ecu.For anyone who has a 575sci for 5 grand for 10 or more mph,is cheap.

This sounds like a great endorsement for a Superchiller. How much of the performence increase do you attribute to the Superchiller?

With any intercooler it will cool the air/fuel mixture, thus you can run more boost without having to worry about detonation.I run the boat moat of the time out at Lake Havasu where the outside temps in the summer are around 112 to 118.This will kill horsepower.I hope the superchiller will help me out in those temps.
