BBQ Tri Tip, cheese sticks and a diet coke :(
Normally I'd be happy about that type of lunch, especially since my brother (the master bbq champ) cooked the perfectly aged tri tip just this morning, but I WANT CARBS damit.

yea, I know. I'm down some too. I haven't allowed a scale in my house since I got married, but I've notice my tits are not the biggest in the house anymore (lol).
My son's BD tomorrow, and he looked at me last night and said for his birthday he wanted to go with me to Marble Slab Creamery. Holy Jesus, how can I say no to that...

28 days at 28 degrees F...Gotta love that enzyme action.
We own a poultry processing plant and work with some high dollar meat distributors. We had a national sales meeting a few weeks ago where we usually bbq all of our national sales and marketing folks Tri Tip and Chicken and Salmon. This year, since it's our companys 80th year, we decided to bbq Chicken and deep fry some turkeys. but my brother bought a case (60 lbs) of PRIME Tri Tip and aged the hell out of it. That is some of the most incredible meat I've ever had.
OOOO it was gooood...
but a bit of starch would have done nicely with this meat I gotta say. Not to mention a nice Ausie Shiraz or Beujolais...

Hey now, take it easy. Don't bash chicken, it's not their fault. Chickens always get a bum wrap when it comes to foodborne illness...
