HBjet HBjet Hey whats up bro... No more pix at this time, the boats at our shop in Menifee Ca. Boat ran 103mph at Big River. Had a Blown 510 Chevrolet. My brother Darrin has replaced the blower motor to sell the boat. Wanted to keep it for his new TPR Stealth!!!:D Wish we could keep her but we have 9 in the family. New purchase forces sale. :frown: Will have more pix this week stay tuned....

Wing used for down force on the front. Many of the faster Daytona's need them because of the lift the hull has. Too much lift is bad. :(

A few years ago he purchased it up by Temecula Ca. Boat is A 1987 Daytona one of GS marine's early projects. It has a low profile 5 degree intake, Boat is river lay-up 600 lbs. My brother is friends with Tom Papp and made a deal on a 375 lb Race hull. Darrin has pulled his blower motor, Race pump and select parts for his new hull. Bro had over 40 grand invested...... :confused: Bro has had the cap cleared, lo-profile blue carpet (center pod ) cleaned. boat is being re assembled with a 454 10.2.1 cast crank, large oval port heads, tunnel ram, 2 600 holleys, roller rockers mild river grind cam, chrome rewarder headers, dooley scoop. My brother bought new seats complete 3 seasons ago. Replacement pump is a berkley jg with a nozzle, shoe / ride plate & pro-loader hardware stay with boat. Boat is on a comp trailer, chrome mods, chrome fenders... IF anyone wants a new boat this isn't it. that will cost 35k plus.... But if you want a nice boat for $14k or so this is a great one! I have driven this thing with a blown 510 @ 103 mph on gps backed up with 2 radar guns. I will post pictures as soon as I can get up to my bro's to get them. HBjet Hey HBjet, I don't think you rember me. I met you @ Elcap-lake in Lakeside last year. I was In a $ 1500.00 wonder I slapped a motor in. It was a white, yellow,red and blue Southwind V called, HOT DOG ON A STICK!!! ( BEATER THAT I GOING TO RESTORE ) Petrofied my BGJ Southwind tunnel was a no show...:frown: She was brokie no workie!!! I had a core shift in my block. Ran on 7 made milkshakes on the last hole. If I read these post right My wife and I should see you @ BIG-RIVER FREE BOARD DEAL. Hope to show our best and TEST AND TUNE...:p

I am pretty sure that ship has sailed the offer was up for that all last year. I am sure he will let it go minus engine for the same price.:) That will save you the effort of pulling it. The only way to know is ask. Just remember you gotta watch out for them pointy boats.

LOL, I just noticed the little Pilsbury Doe Boy. Does Darrin send the little guy down to the gally under the bow to whip him up some snacks when he's out on the sandbar? Thats pretty funny but it fits. :)
